Fees of the Antibes Transactions estate agency

In accordance with the provisions of Articles 6-III and 19 of the law on Confidence in the Digital Economy, as well as the decree of 10 January 2017 concerning consumer information provided by professionals involved in a property transaction, we inform you that:

The fees of the Antibes Transactions estate agency are payable by the seller unless otherwise and exceptionally stipulated in the mandate. The fees of the Antibes Transactions estate agency are inclusive of all taxes, with VAT at the current rate of 20%. The fees of the Antibes Transactions estate agency are not cumulative.

Please find below our agency’s fee schedule payable by the seller in the context of a NON-EXCLUSIVE mandate:

* Fees calculated as a percentage of the property’s listing price.

Please find below our agency’s fee schedule payable by the seller in the context of an EXCLUSIVE mandate:

* Fees calculated as a percentage of the property’s listing price.

Please find below our agency’s fee schedule payable by the buyer in the context of a NON-EXCLUSIVE mandate:

* Fees calculated as a percentage of the price received by the seller.

Please find below our agency’s fee schedule payable by the buyer in the context of an EXCLUSIVE mandate:

* Fees calculated as a percentage of the price received by the seller.

In the case of fees relating to a search mandate for a property identified by our agency but whose sales mandate is held by another agency and payable by the seller, the buyer will not be liable for any fees or costs to our agency. The Antibes Transactions estate agency is remunerated by the agency holding the sales mandate, by way of a mandate delegation and fee sharing.
